Return & Refund Policy

At TianHong Zheng Original Fashion, we want you to love your clothing. If you’re not completely satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy makes it easy to return or exchange eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items, such as discounted or custom-made clothing, are not eligible for returns.

How to Return

Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return shipping label for US customers; international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect clothing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
